Unlike internal courses and certification courses (i.e., EFA, NCI, SM etc.), employees participation in these workshops is to be done on their own time and at their own cost. Beyond the 50% off discounted price, there is no further subsidization or coverage for the cost of these workshops.​

Cancellation/Missed Courses Refund Policy

1. If Christian Horizons cancels a course, full refund will be made to all participants.

2. If a participant cancels their registration for a course in writing by emailing learning@christian-horizons.org, or the participants registration is cancelled as a result of unmet required prerequisites, the following conditions will be applied to their refund:

7 days or more prior to the course start date: 100% of course fee less $10 Administrative Fee less cost of online assessment if applicable

Within 1 to 6 days prior to the course start date: 50% of course fee less $10 Administrative Fee less cost of online assessment if applicable

On the day of the course: No refund will be applied

3. If a participant does not attend a course without prior notice in writing to learning@christian-horizons.org, no refund will be applied.
